How does shipping work on Zulily?
To help you save, we consolidate orders. Once you place an order and pay for shipping, any additional orders placed before midnight PT the same day will qualify for free shipping.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
Why do some items take longer to ship?
Because we offer deep discounts by ordering in bulk from our brand partners after a sale ends, it may take a little longer for items to reach our warehouse before they are sent to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal and QCard.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since we process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, there is a very limited window to cancel. Please visit your 'Order History' immediately to see if the cancellation option is available.

Yes, we work directly with brands and authorized distributors to ensure that every product sold on our platform is 100% authentic.
